I love this time of year.
One of my favorite things about Christmas is doing fun activities with my children all month long.
What I don’t love about this time of year, though, is the busyness that often accompanies the season.
Last year, to combat the busyness without spoiling the fun, I participated in an easy 25 Days Til Christmas Activity idea that my church suggested.
Here’s what we did.
We cut out pieces of green and red construction paper into strips. Then, we wrote on each piece of paper one Christmas activity. (I went through ahead of time and put them in the order that I wanted to complete them). Then we attached the pieces and made a paper chain to go on our Christmas tree.
Each day my boys pulled off one activity from the chain. They loved it, and so did I. It was easy and fun!
I would love for you to use the printable below to create your own paper chains for your Christmas tree. Just print, cut out the activities, and glue them on the strips of paper. Then attach as a chain and have fun! (I’ve included more information about some of the activities in the list below!)
